Hair Service Agreement, Redo & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring every guest has a positive experience. Please read and acknowledge the following policies regarding your hair service.
Redo Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your hair service due to the technical execution of the service provided, we are happy to make reasonable adjustments.

Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of your original appointment.

Redo appointments must be completed within 14 days of the original service.

Redos are performed at the discretion of salon management after evaluating the original service.

Redos are complimentary only when the result differs from the agreed-upon consultation or when a technical error has occurred.

Requests for a different color, cut, length, or style than what was originally agreed upon are considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.

Corrective services performed by another salon or stylist before allowing us the opportunity to evaluate and correct the service will void any redo eligibility.
Refund Policy
Due to the time, products, and professional expertise invested in every appointment:
House of Hebe Salon does not offer refunds on completed hair services.
If there is a concern regarding your service, we ask that you contact us promptly so we have the opportunity to evaluate the issue and determine whether a redo is appropriate under our policy.
Retail products may be exchanged or returned according to the salon's retail return policy.
Consultation & Expectations
By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge that:

You have discussed your desired result with your stylist.

Your stylist has explained what is realistically achievable based on your hair's current condition and history.

Multiple appointments may be necessary to safely achieve certain colors, especially blonding, color corrections, vivid colors, or major transformations.

Hair color may appear different depending on lighting, styling, and fading over time.

Results cannot be guaranteed when working over previously colored, chemically treated, or compromised hair.
Client Responsibility
To help us achieve the best possible results, you agree to:

Provide complete and accurate information regarding your hair history, including previous color, bleach, keratin treatments, relaxers, perms, henna, extensions, medications, or at-home treatments.

Follow all recommended aftercare instructions.

Use professional salon-recommended products when advised.

Understand that failure to disclose previous chemical services may affect the outcome and may limit our ability to perform or guarantee services.
Liability Waiver
I acknowledge and understand that:

Chemical services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to hair dryness, breakage, uneven lift, unexpected color results, scalp sensitivity, allergic reactions, or damage due to previous chemical treatments or undisclosed hair history.

House of Hebe Salon and its stylists cannot guarantee exact colors shown in inspiration photos, as every individual's hair responds differently.

I understand that inspiration photos are used as references and not guarantees.

I authorize my stylist to make professional decisions regarding the safety of my hair during the appointment, including modifying or discontinuing a service if continuing could compromise the integrity of my hair.

I release House of Hebe Salon, its owners, employees, and independent contractors from liability for outcomes resulting from:

Undisclosed hair history
-
Previous chemical services performed elsewhere

Failure to follow aftercare instructions

Allergic or unforeseen reactions

Choosing to proceed after being advised of potential risks

I understand that additional appointments may be necessary to safely achieve my desired result and that those appointments will be billed separately unless otherwise agreed upon.
Photo Release (Optional)
☐ I give House of Hebe Salon permission to photograph my hair before and after my service and use these images for social media, advertising, and educational purposes.
☐ I do not give permission for my photos to be used.
Acknowledgment
