Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can change unexpectedly and at times it may affect your appointment with us. Last minute cancellations/rescheduling and “no shows” are detrimental to our business. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments incur the following fees.

Confirmations are a courtesy, not an obligation on our part. If you have not received a confirmation it does not waive cancellation fees.

**You will receive a confirmation once the appointment is booked, along with another confirmation 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you do not receive either of these confirmations prior to scheduled appointment, please notify the salon as soon as possible**

  • Cancellation 48 hours before scheduled service: No Charge
  • Cancellation 24-48 hours before service: 50% of Service Charge
  • Cancellation or No Show day of service: 100% of Service.

Cancellation fees will be processed from your card on file.If we are unable to process your cancellation fee it will be due prior to scheduling your next appointment.

Cancellations must be submitted during business hours. Any cancellations submitted while House of Hebe is closed will be considered falling in the next business day and fees will accrue accordingly.We understand that it’s not always possible to know in advance when an appointment must be cancelled. Emergencies, accidents, and illness can happen suddenly. When they do, we will try to be understanding of these rare occasions, however the salon keeps records of these occurrences to prevent abuse of the policy.

Specialty Services (Ex. Color Correction, Keratin, Brazilian hair treatments, Hair Extensions) may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable when services are cancelled under 72 hours of service.
