Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can change unexpectedly and at times it may affect your appointment with us. Last minute cancellations and “no shows” are detrimental to our business. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments incur the following fees.
Confirmations are a courtesy, not an obligation on our part. If you have not received a confirmation it does not waive cancellations fees.
- Cancellation 48 hours before scheduled service: No Charge
- Cancellation 24-48 hours before service: 50% of Service Charge
- Cancellation or No Show day of service: 100% of service.
Cancellation fees will be processed from your card on file.
If we are unable to process your cancellation fee it will be due prior to scheduling your next appointment.
Cancellation fees will be waived if you are showing any signs of illness or have been exposed to anyone who is ill. In order to re-book your appointment you will need to provide a doctors note of health prior to scheduling.
Cancellations must be submitted during business hours. Any cancellations submitted while House of Hebe is closed it will be considered falling in the next business day and fees will accrue accordingly.
Specialty Services (Ex. Color Correction, Keratin, Brazilian hair treatments, Hair Extensions) may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable when services are cancelled under 72 hours of service.
